Please note: Litter Picking and the collection of deceased animals along roads such as A47 and A11 are subject to stringent Health and Safety rules to keep the public and our crews safe. Road closures are required, so while we welcome reports of areas in need of attention, please be aware that multiple agencies need to co-ordinate in order for the work to be carried out so it can take a little time to arrange.

Litter is considered less than one carrier bag full of rubbish that may be concentrated or scattered at a location. It includes cans, bottles packaging, food, rubbish bags, cigarette ends and other discarded items. You can report larger quantities of rubbish as flytipping.
