Opening Morning - Drop-In Session
We will be holding an opening morning between 10:00am and 11:00am on Friday 30 January, offering the opportunity to view our facilities and ask any questions.
Visitors are welcome to drop in during this time; no advance booking is required.

The Conference Centre at Breckland Council in Dereham offers a flexible, modern environment designed to support productive and engaging events.

Available for hire Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 10:00pm, our meeting rooms can also be booked at weekends (subject to an additional charge), providing flexibility to suit your schedule.

Conveniently located just off the A47, the Centre is easily accessible and benefits from free on-site parking, making arrival simple and stress-free for all delegates.

Our recently refurbished rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including state of the art projectors and 65-inch interactive touch screens, enabling seamless hybrid and virtual meetings. To support your event, we also provide microphones, flip charts and stationery at no additional cost, alongside free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the Centre.

To keep your attendees refreshed and focused, free unlimited tea and coffee is available for the duration of your booking—helping your event run smoothly from start to finish.

Whether you are hosting a small team meeting or a larger professional event, the Conference Centre at Breckland Council provides a practical, modern and welcoming setting tailored to your business needs.

We are able to provide anumber of different room/seating layouts.

All meeting rooms are situated on a ground level, with accessible toilet facilities, adjacent to the car park.

All equipment hire is included in the room hire price. Simply let us know which equipment you will require for your booking.
