What Is the Plan for Neighbourhoods?

Plan for Neighbourhoods is a £1.5 billion government programme focused on delivering growth and raising living standards in areas that need it most. Funding is governed locally by new Neighbourhood Boards - made up of residents, community leaders and stakeholders - in partnership with local authorities. In Thetford, our Neighbourhood Board is now in place and will work closely with Breckland Council to shape a 10-year Regeneration Plan that sets out priorities, projects and funding allocations.
