13/10/2025: Anglia Revenues Partnership celebrates national award win

At the National Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation (IRRV) Awards on 2 October, the Anglia Revenues Partnership (ARP) was announced winner of the Excellence in Partnership Award. ARP remains a unique and forward-thinking collaboration, delivering Revenues and Benefits services on behalf of five partner councils.

The inspection itself took place in July where ARP showcased their progressive work and how residents and businesses remain at the forefront of everything they do. The awards panel was looking for organisations to demonstrate that they had entered into a partnership that has enhanced the level of service provided and achieved measurable savings.

ARP was up against six other very strong finalists and it's a great testament to the organisation that they emerged as winners, as well as all the council services that support the ARP, whose continued dedication and commitment is recognised in this award. 

The submission focused on several key areas, including the use of digitisation to facilitate efficient and effective customer service through partnership working. They also looked at ARP's national reputation for being leaders in the field and at the forefront of innovation and collaboration as well as seeking continuous improvement through relationship building and collaboration with partners and stakeholders.

Cllr Phil Cowen, Breckland Council's Executive Member for Finance, Revenue and Benefits, said: "We are thrilled that Anglia Revenues Partnership has been recognised with the Excellence in Partnership Award at this year's IRRV Awards. This national accolade is a powerful endorsement of the collaborative spirit, innovation, and dedication that define ARP's approach to service delivery."
