Join us as a Council Tax Compliance Officer

We have a Full-time, 12-month Fixed term contract opportunity commencing as soon as possible - the salary range for this position is £25,146 to £30,753 per annum 

Be part of our successful Fraud Team to review Council Tax Discounts and Exemptions in support of the team objectives

Requirements of the roles:

  • Knowledge of case law relating to Council Tax
  • Experience of Capita and Civica
  • Ability to analyse facts and information
  • Write reports and provide evidence for court
  • Willing to use new information technology
  • Update computer systems & records
  • Professional customer service
  • To work to personal and team targets
  • Ability to work from home
