Job Purpose:

To assist with the administration, monitoring, and tracking of planning obligations, including Section 106 agreements, unilateral undertakings, and related legal documents.

Location of Job:

Elizabeth House, Dereham - Remote enabled - There is a requirement to attend the offices for at least 2 days per week

Description of duties

Primary Objectives 

  • Assist with the administration, monitoring, and tracking of planning obligations, including Section 106 agreements, unilateral undertakings, and related legal documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on systems and databases, including financial contributions, trigger points, deadlines, and compliance status.
  • Support the collection, allocation, and spend monitoring of financial contributions, liaising with internal services, Legal, Finance, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare standard correspondence, reports, and summaries relating to planning obligations.
  • Assist with data returns, audits, and annual infrastructure or planning obligation reports.
  • Comply with Health and Safety rules for the safety of yourself and others.
  • Ensure compliance to all policies, procedures, standard operating practices, with recommendations for action and continuous improvement.
  • Carry out any other duties appropriate to the role as required
