We have TWO Full-time, 24-month Fixed Term Contract opportunities commencing as soon as possible.
£25,146 to £30,753 per annum
Be part of our successful Fraud Team to review Council Tax Discounts and Exemptions in support of the team objectives
Key responsibilities of the roles:
- Knowledge of case law relating to Council Tax
- Experience of Capita and Civica
- Ability to analyse facts and information
- Write reports and provide evidence for court
- Willing to use new information technology
- Update computer systems & records
- Professional customer service
- To work to personal and team targets
- Ability to work from home
