How to Submit an Application
You can submit a Building Regulations application to Breckland Council in one of the following ways:-

You can submit Building Regulations applications through the Planning Portal's Building Control service. It provides a straightforward online route to send plans and documents directly to us. Please note that Planning Portal submissions may include their own service charges, separate from Breckland Council's Building Control fees.

Submit-a-Plan offers an alternative method for sending Building Regulations applications to Local Authorities. It allows you to upload plans and documents electronically without additional platform charges and provides a simple, accessible way to make your submission online.
