Growth and Enabling

The Growth and Enabling team is a small section within the overall Growth team.  We are responsible for promoting the delivery of new homes, both affordable and market; this complex area of work is our principal focus, involving negotiation of S106 agreements, viability, vacant building credit, amongst others.  We also cover housing strategy; custom and self-build, responding to consultations and government legislation changes, and general data and research within housing. 

We are often the first point of contact for general issues that do not involve operational housing.
