This workshop aims to provide support and information for everyone involved - peri or post menopause, or if you are supporting someone who is going through this stage in their life.

This free online course is for Community groups, sports clubs, businesses & charities in Breckland who wants to understand young people's use of technology and the impact this may have on their mental health and wellbeing.
