Bin, Grounds and Streets complaints

Please do not use this form to report a missed bin collection, flytipping or other service issues. Use the specific form to report bin problems (opens in a new window) or for service requests, such as street cleaning. (opens in a new window)

If you're unhappy with the service we have provided, you can make a complaint. Once your complaint has been submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement within three working days where we will attempt to resolve the issue.

This form is for complaints for the standard of service received from our contractor Serco. When you complete our online form, your details will be sent to our service provider, Serco, to complete your request.

Stage 2

If you have raised a complaints report and your complaint wasn't resolved on stage 1.

Our contractor Serco will raise the issue internally and pass it on to our Environmental Services team to investigate They aim to respond within 3 working days of receiving your complaint.

Stage 3

If you have raised a stage 1 and 2 complaint and you do not  feel that this has been adequately dealt with then you may wish tosubmit a Formal Complaint to the Council.
