Experience and Knowledge
Essential
- Experience of working in an office or administrative environment.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle enquiries professionally
- Basic understanding of land, property or local government work (or willingness to learn).
Desirable
- Experience of working in a local authority
- Experience supporting property, planning and development teams.
- Knowledge of simple land or property processes.
- Familiarity with the local area.
Qualifications
Essential
- GCSEs/A-levels or equivalent experience
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets)
Desirable
- Interest in property, land management or development
- Working towards a relevant qualification (e.g. property, planning, admin)
