Experience and Knowledge

Essential

  • Experience of working in an office or administrative environment.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle enquiries professionally
  • Basic understanding of land, property or local government work (or willingness to learn).

Desirable

  • Experience of working in a local authority
  • Experience supporting property, planning and development teams.
  • Knowledge of simple land or property processes.
  • Familiarity with the local area.

Qualifications

Essential

  • GCSEs/A-levels or equivalent experience
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets)

Desirable

  • Interest in property, land management or development
  • Working towards a relevant qualification (e.g. property, planning, admin)
